Senior Specialist - Compliance - Brewery/Consumer Durable (8-12 yrs)

As a Capability lead you would be responsible for managing & delivering the ITGC KPIs for in-scope 10 Zones, covering 52 countries. The role requires managing the stakeholders & vendors and meeting the defined SLAs.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Manage Compliance & Monthly Reporting to the KPI's defined for Operational Excellence program, covering key domains such as :

- Sensitive Access & Segregation of Duties (SOD)

- Privilege access management (Firefighter)

- User Access management (UAM)

- IT Security Framework

- Secure & Audit logging

- Manage a team of vendors to perform the data collection, validation and reporting for the above mentioned KPIs

- Handle the Internal/External/AdHoc audit queries raised by auditors w.r.t. ITGC domain, for the in-scope zones

- Participate in weekly/monthly routines with the zones and respond to their queries on ITGC KPIs

- IT Policy compliance as part of Security & Compliance Board for new projects and initiatives launched

- Participate in Security & Compliance projects and ensure all the ITGC requirements are considered

Qualifications : 

- 8-12 years of experience

- MBA, BE, BTech, MTech and similar degrees

- Hands-on experience on excel and PowerPoint

- CISA, CISSP, CISM are good to have

- Knowledge of business software's such as SAP, Azure Cloud, PowerBI will help
