Responsibilities

1- To ensure compliance with ICAO standards & recommended practices and DGCA (CAR). To ensure that development do not infringe master plan provisions

2- IATA - ADRM 10 Guidelines. Best Industry practices followed at top world class airports

3- Ensure compliance with OMDA. Compliance with all applicable standards

4 - Extend support to connectivity team in implementation Of road' A PW metro network plan as finalized in master plan. Also review the new proposals and other internal road network

5 - Monitor/advice on a continued basis regarding height restrictions for new developments in/around Airport in accordance with ICAO Annex 14, Radar/NavAid considerations and line-of-sight requirements, in coordination with AAI as required

6 - Respond to ongoing requests of (Internal & External) stakeholders on assessing the impact of new developments on the Master Plan - providing inputs in the SAC meetings.

7 - Extend continued support to CPD so that the commercial area development harmonizes with the development of aero-nautical plans, layouts, traffic circulations, services, utilities etc. facilities. All CPD development as per OMDA. Assist CPD team in finalization of internal

8 - Be a maior player in a masterplan process and its updates (including necessary approvals) participate in all inter-active sessions with ATC. DGCA, MoCA, BC AS. Airlines/IATA and other stake holders. Design support for interface requirements

9- Maximizing the use of existing assets to reduce Capex and generate new revenue streams tor short term and long term in accordance with master plan.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

- B.E/B. Tech any specializatio.

- Sound knowledge of ICAO Standards & Recommended practices. ICAO Aerodrome & Service Manuals, IATA

- Guidelines ADRM, DGCA - CAR . FAA Advisory Circulars, NBC. BIS Standards,

- Use of modern Software for A-CADD . Path Planner, Tools for Simulation Techniques, Spread Sheet Models, Queuing Theory Application
