Senior Specialist - Accounts Trainer

Position: Corporate Trainer - Finance Domain

Location: Pune (Work-from-office)

Experience Required: 4 to 6 years

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 30 days acceptable

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate training with accounting/finance process expertise.

- Proven ability to manage the full training cycle-from planning and development to delivery and feedback.

- Experience training on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes.

- Strong understanding of learning styles, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.

- Comfortable using both traditional and modern training delivery tools and platforms.

- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

- Willingness to work from the Pune office and adjust to business-related shift timings.
