Job description : Strategic Focus

- Providing Commercial oversight on the operating relationship between Link Group and nominated vendors to ensure commitments are meet within agreed time, scope and budget

- Identifying, communicating and influencing the delivery of optimisation such as cost savings and service enhancement informed by your understanding of the vendor ecosphere relative to business' problem statements, operating models and sourcing initiatives.

Operational Management

- Act as the Primary contact for contract issues in the relationship between the external service providers and Link Group. Oversee the update the terms and conditions for the contracts.

- Researches and Builds relations with the new vendors upon a though verification

- Builds a strong sourcing strategy

- Ensure Link Group develops strong relationships with external providers to maintain effective service delivery and a seamless service for our clients.

- Conduct regular reviews of contracted suppliers judging performance to predetermined standards. Analyse the delivery of contract outcome against agreed SLA's and other performance criteria.

- Collating reports from nominated vendors, to report on their progress to Link Group

- Ensure appropriate nominated vendor management and measurement information is recorded and reported as required.

- Develop and maintain relationships between BU stakeholders to gain an understanding of where improvement can be made with existing contracts.

- Periodically review current key contracts and supplier relationships.

- Coach/mentor business unit contract holders in the event of new procurement, or an existing relationship experiencing problems.

- Implementing and maintaining a software license governance.

People Leadership :

- Leading the Sourcing & Vendor management India team.

- Providing oversight on the operating relationship between Link Group and vendor

- Ensure Link Group develop strong relationship with external service providers

- Keep a track of all the progress efficiently.
