Senior Sourcing Analyst - Supply Chain (2-5 yrs)
1. Sourcing consultant focused on supporting the sourcing process for different categories for clients
2. Support on-site teams in designing and executing sourcing process:
- Develop clean spend baseline
- Develop should cost models & benchmark opportunity
- Setup category dashboards (e.g., PowerBI / QlikView)
- Collate demand requirements - SKU specifications, business requirements
- Identify relevant suppliers to introduce into process
- Design and launch RFX leveraging templates
- Use e-sourcing platforms (e.g., Coupa, Jaegger) to run the RFX process and support collaborative optimization where applicable
- Conduct RFP analysis and prepare negotiation decks
