Role Description

We are seeking Talent who can conceptualise and create the solution definition of an Integrated Services / Strategic deal.

Role and Responsibilities

- Solution story boarding and definition

- Define the integrated target operating model (iTOM)

- End to end ownership of Solution definition

- Embed an integrated DevOps / Agile story

- Define SLAs

- Identify the business value levers and create the Customer Value Proposition

Preferred Skills

- Strong customer interfacing skills

- End to end Service delivery exposure

- Understanding of individual and multi service line propositions

- Exposure to large deals

- Knowledge of Automation tools

- Agile / DevOps knowledge
