Role Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools.

- Lead a team of SEO specialists and coordinate projects effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Develop and present SEO reports to clients, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure content aligns with SEO strategy.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to maximize reach.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior SEO staff on best practices.
- Work closely with web developers to implement technical changes.
- Assist in budget management for SEO campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of SEO experience, preferably at a marketing agency.
- Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinking and creativity in solving challenges.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and website optimization.
- Experience in local SEO techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of PPC and inbound marketing is a plus.
- Ability to train and develop team members.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- Certification in SEO or digital marketing is preferred
