Key Responsibilities :
- SEM Strategy and Planning: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). Monitor and adjust bids, ad copy, and targeting parameters to maximize performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze performance data. Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives. Monitor spending and adjust strategies to ensure optimal ROI.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates. Implement A/B testing to improve ad and landing page performance.
- Ad Copy and Creative Development: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand messaging. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into ad creation.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics. Communicate SEM strategies, performance, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Testing and Experimentation: Implement and oversee A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies. Continuously test and optimize ad copy, keywords, and landing pages.
- Knowledge of PPC campaign management tools but not limited to:
- Google AdWords Editor, Yahoo advertising platform, MSN Adcenter, Facebook ads manager LinkedIN campaign manager Proven track record of management of paid search campaigns (Google, Yahoo, MSN), mobile paid search campaigns, GDN shopping ads
- In-depth understanding of paid social campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn) creation, drawing the strategies and analysing the performance
- Working knowledge of tracking and analytics tools (GTM GA) Google Ads certifications with in-depth knowledge
- Expertise in Advance level Excel operation (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP Experience)
