Job Brief & Responsibilities:
1. Driving establishment of Sales in the region along with end-to-end customer management
2. Development of new channel for lead generation & managing team & resources
3. Management of P&L of assigned region - Team Building and cost management. Adhering to financial planning and budgeting of the region and bringing in profitability of the business.
4. Bringing in new suppliers for raw material strategic alliance and enhancing business through it
5. Opening credit lines for Purchase Financing (Secured/Unsecured) for raw material ensuring fulfillment for Infrastructure & Manufacturing clients
6. Selling secured & unsecured credit lines to Infra customers by managing the end to end sales cycle
7. Increasing share of the wallet - onboarding the customer across multiple products & services
8. Contribute toward preparing strategic Sales plan for the state and implement along with the State Head
9. Ensure conversion of Key account and retain all accounts without fail.
10. Managing and monitoring the fulfilment process by coordinating with the Fulfilment Team
11. Following all internal processes and SOPs. Implement and work across all in place tooling and internal systems to ensure efficiency
12. Ensure timely collections of payments and safeguard margins by implementing Late Payment Interest wherever there are delays.
