Senior Sales Role - Debt Capital Market Team - Financial Institutions Group - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI (7-24 yrs)
1. Lead the origination, structuring, sales and execution efforts for DCM team in Financial Institutions Group
a. Should have excellent connects with NBFCs, HFCs and broker dealers, such as:
i. Traditional large NBFC, HFC and broker dealers
ii. New aged small NBFCs such as MFIs, Fintech NBFCs, etc.
b. Transactions for eventual placement with external investors (Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, etc)
2. Role would entail the following:
a) Should have ability to create deals across situations - regulatory arbitrage structures, vanilla balance sheet funding, sub-debt, securitisation of receivables, acquisitions financing, etc.
b) Developing pitches with financing solutions
c) Scoping and scanning the market for origination of deals across specific locations and client profile
d) Continuous engagement with internal relationship and coverage teams
e) Preparation of analytical material for internal credit underwriting and for external investors
f) Working with sales team and prospective investors for placement or is expected to independently pitch with potential investors across spectrum - MFs, NBFCs, etc.
g) Working independently as well as supervising team members
a. Very strong understanding of RBI/NHB/SEBI regulations governing FIs
b. Incumbent should have had client facing experience with reputed DCM house
c. Should have excellent sectorial exposure on structured financing and securitisation
d. Qualifications: MBA (from top tier institutions); CA (rankers / first attempt)
