Job Description:
- Leadership- Build/ Hire a high-performance team of sales reps
- Manage categories across geographies as listed on the site
- Develop WW pitch and value proposition for our partners
- Manage Key Accounts directly with Head of Sales
- Construct, forecast and manage your sales pipeline via CRM
- Sales strategy - Ownership of the revenue targets
- Pricing strategy for WW products (with Data/ Analytics team)
- Launch strategy in new markets- Innovative products specifically to India
- Design and implement incentive policies
- Leadership Work with Head of Sales in various office-wide initiatives
Profile:
A successful candidate must have:
- Postgraduate degree from a top tier college (IIM's, ISB, MDI, IMT, FMS, XLRI)- 2013 to 2016 graduates preferred
- Relevant sales experience in FMCG sector strongly preferred
- 5+ years experience in Sales
- Experience in Internet/Ecommerce Sales is preferred
- Team management experience
