Position- Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager

- Handling a turnover of 500 Crores Residential Project.

- ONLY REAL ESTATE CANDIDATES MAY APPLY

- ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES.

- Developing marketing campaigns that included direct mailings and brochures.

- Assisted in testing and rolling out new print communication vehicles to evolve brand presence and increase sales

- Acquire and study details about the buying trends of first time buyers and - empty nest- clients to offer efficient revenue presentations and appropriate product assistance

- Resourcefully planning, organizing, managing and executing events, seminars & presentations to ensure maximum market penetration and a wider reach

- Supervising and mentoring a team of real estate agents (both new & existing)

Exp - 8-10 years (flexible for right candd)

CTC- 10L - 18L (Max)

Competitors - ATS, M3M, Godrej,/ anything similar.

- Should possess EXCELLENT Comm Skills and clarity of thoughts.
