We are hiring for a Diversified Group in West Africa for Sr.Sales Manager (Modern Trade).

Position : Sr. Sales Manager

Job Location : West Africa

Experience : 7 to 13 Years (6 Years of experience in Modern Trade)

Preferred Industry : FMCG industry/Personal care only

Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

- Professionally & effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales

- Develop and manage a team of Key Account Managers

- Build effective strategies for New product launch

- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques

- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
