Sales Designing & Execution of Sales Strategy
- Monitoring & driving sales of Tyres
- Achieving approved sales target as per budget
- Create good working relationships with dealers and others
- Ensuring sales collection and approved credit limits
- Business Expansion, Expand Dealers Network
- Motivating & driving sales team for target achievement
- Clients/Institutional Sales Management
- Identification of new business avenues
- Receiving feedback from the customers on a regular basis
- Coordinating with the Clients on a regular basis
- Numeric Expansion
- Work with approved budget
- Marketing Implementation of Marketing Strategies
- Brand Building
- Enhance Brand Awareness
- Undertake promotional Activities
- Organize & participate in exhibitions
- Sales Promotion Ensuring implementation of the BTL within the set norm
- Ensuring proper promotions are displayed & communicated to the customers
- Ensuring proper implementation of CRM program
- Ensuring new dealers enrollments
- Customer Service Ensuring good customer experience at all times
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through surveys / feedback
- Ensuring proper implementation of customer engagement programs
- Ensuring customer complaints are resolved positively and quickly
- Ensuring customer loyalty
- Market Research & New Product Launch Exploring expansion opportunities through continuous market research
- Planning & Execution of New Product launch in co-ordination with product team
Market Intelligence :
- Collecting & sharing feedback to the product performance and demand of products
- Inventory Management Ensuring availability of complete range in stock
- Ensuring safety & security of stock
- Ensuring replenishment of the stocks on time
- HR Planning, Budgeting & People Development HR Planning & Budgeting for the unit
- Participate in recruitment process for unit staff per the approved structure
- Ensuring sales target are defined quarterly for unit employees
- Periodic quarterly review of the unit performance of the employees
- Training & motivation of the sales employees in unit
- Identification of potential employees for higher responsibilities
