Senior Sales Leader - IT (8-12 yrs)
What is your role ?
- We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive strategic partnerships.
- This person will be ambassador with the external eco system.
- He/She will be responsible for new client acquisitions and will be accountable to deliver business results. S/he will have a visible impact on the long term success of the business.
What you will do :
- Responsible for new client acquisition in Fortune 500 space
- Be the primary owner of the sales process
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives.
- Lead or liaison a cross functional team of content development, learner experience team and product support team to help the customer start strong from day one.
- Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics a business trends internally and to client.
- Drive completion, learner engagement, and learner satisfaction
What you will need
- Minimum 5 years of sales/acquisition experience, preferably in a SaaS.
- Strong, proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism.
- Consistent track record of past achievements including the ability to manage external stakeholders
- Proven strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills shown by ability to collaborate, understand, and empathize with others
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in agile environments
- A passion for technology, learning and driving business productivity
