- Design & drive a process-driven, consultative enterprise sales strategy
- Research and identify customer prospects and targets in the North American energy market.
- Rapidly follow up and qualify all inbound leads and provide assistance to customers who wish to trial Edison Analytics.
- Manage all steps in the sales process including qualification, demos, proposals, securing required contract paperwork, and coordinating with the customer support team to drive ongoing success and adoption.
- Setup & Manage Salesforce.com and Hubspot, GSuite etc with expert level experience
- Monitor and report on activity in Salesforce.com with rigor, discipline and an eye for operational excellance
- Understand and advocate for sales team's needs, issues, pain points while balancing company goals and KPIs
- Identify and implement strategies (with Mktg team) to increase lead generation
- Create, send, track, and optimize email templates for prospecting and lead nurturing.
- Ensure quarterly and annual delivery of individual and team performance objectives
- Provide directional leadership new SDRs (as and when they join)
- Stay current with industry trends, priorities, via participation in industry conferences and other networking and educational events
- Collaborate with the extended team to drive adoption, customer success, and feedback on future product enhancements
