Looking for professionals having exposure to Wealth Management Operations with a Foreign Bank

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 12+ yrs

Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA

Roles and responsibilities:

- To monitor and control all the back office operations related to PMS, DP, Mutual Fund and Lending operations. To ensure that the WM operations team works to bring in efficiency in the process this in turn helps in supporting the WM business objectives.

- Assisting Head of Department in smooth running of day to day activities for wealth management operations.

- Ensure effective management of DP process including DP account opening function including timely account opening, Static data Modification, Demat, Remat request- Instruction processing and supporting the NBFC team with regards to marking, unmarking and release of collateral.

- Mitigate and prevent reputational risk arising out of WM operations.

- Work upon timely delivery of data- and ensure closure of action points- as discussed with OPC.

- Ensure that the internal and external audit is completed as per agreed timelines.

- To improve efficiency, enhance productivity amongst the operations staff and at the same time ensure cost effectiveness of the Operations group.
