Senior Role - Valuation - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior leader to drive our Real Estate Consulting and Valuation practice. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of real estate valuation and consulting services for our clients, from leading valuation projects to managing a dynamic team of professionals. This role also involves managing the practice's P&L, ensuring profitability, and driving growth while fostering and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Practice Leadership: Oversee the overall operations of the valuation practice, including managing P&L, ensuring profitability, and aligning team goals with the organization's strategic objectives.

- Lead Valuation Projects: Manage real estate valuation engagements, including data review, analysis, and report preparation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of valuation professionals to maintain high performance standards and meet deadlines within budget.

- Client Engagement: Cultivate and manage client relationships, delivering clear, actionable valuation findings and recommendations.

- Market and Regulatory Insight: Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulatory developments, ensuring the team receives relevant training.

- Policy and Methodology Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of valuation policies, procedures, and methodologies.

- Business Development: Participate in client acquisition efforts through proposal writing, presentations, and networking to grow the valuation practice.
