Private Wealth - Team Leader (Leading NBFC Wealth Management) Location : CHENNAI, HYDERABAD, KOLKATA - Should be managing existing Client AUM - upwards 100 crore through investment products - Team building and P/L management experience - Entrepreneurial in Nature and should be able to operate with minimal hand holding Key Result Area : - Acquire, Manage self revenue targets and work on building the location through Talent Acquisition, Location development, Strategy, Organization vision, mission and long term goal achievements - This role is Entrepreneurial in nature and hence require senior banker to work independently and work with minimum supervision - Manage (retain and enhance) the relationships of up to 50 UHNI customers, their family and business entities with average relationship value of $ 1 million and above - Create and operationalise the plan for acquiring new high value customer relationships. Leverage networks, partnership and sources of leads and referrals to access prospective clients. Interact with internal referral sources to identify prospects and referral opportunities - Provide inputs to the product and research team for any new products that the customer requires - Achieve the business plans and goals across AUM build up, revenue, profitability, new acquisition and any other specific metrics Key Relationships : Internal - All stakeholders i.e. Service team, Operations, IT, Wealth Specialists, Research, Product - Key stakeholders in other business departments and subsidiaries Competencies Required : - Excellent people management and Team building skills along with knowledge across asset class of Investment products - Knowledge and understanding of Indian and Global financial markets and active interest in the same - Knowledge of corporate banking products and services - Strong verbal / written communication skills. Multiple languages would be an added advantage - Strong sales mindset, business acumen - High aptitude for client relationship management and business development Academic Qualifications Required : - CA / CFA / Business Management or other relevant Post Graduate degree - MBA Finance - AMFI &amp; IRDA certification
