Senior level role - Transitions SPECIALIST (PMP / Prince2 certified)

Client - Global organization in the business of Insurance & Reinsurance

Location - Mumbai (ONLY LOCAL APPLICANTS PLEASE)

Role: Providing Strategic transformation for the Group by enabling delivery of strategic and operational initiatives

Must haves :

PMP / PRINCE2 certification

- Program management / change management / consulting

- End-to-end experience leading transformational initiatives and transitions / migrations

JOB SPECIFICS:

- Run large programs ranging across multiple geographies, functions, business segments and drive strategic changes through the organisation

- Identify opportunities for enhancements in the way we work, and build a business case for change

- Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management

- Create business case for implementation of target operating models to check feasibility and scope of implementation

- Design future state basis stated and identified pain points and opportunities, need- gap analysis, expected client outcomes, future technologies etc.

- Leverage existing knowledge to develop frameworks and accelerators to provide solutions that can be used across businesses and geographies

- Break down barriers and impediments to change through robust communication on change plans and continuous involvement in change process
