We are currently looking for a Trade Finance Compliance expertise at senior level with a bank

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 15-20 years

Job Profile :

- Responsible for independent compliance support to Trade Finance products.

- Ensuring adherence to all FEMA / RBI / SEBI guidelines and internal policies.

- Regulatory interface for transaction specific approvals, clarifications, representations and policy advocacy.

- Responding to all queries from Regulators and Central Compliance team

- To equip front desk with the basic knowledge of Capital account transactions (Foreign Exchange Management Transactions) so the basic queries of the customer can be handled effectively.

- Interpretation and knowledge sharing of Regulatory guidelines for smooth processing of transactions.

- Sharing of cases and process with Ops unit and front desk on various types of complex transaction

- Maintain cordial relationship with Regulator, Central Compliance and business units.

- Ensuring smooth & efficient running of operations in the team and at the same time ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines & mitigation of operational risks

Key Skills required :

- Well versed with RBI guidelines

- Well versed with across different Trade Products

- Very well conversant with Indian regulations relating to Trade Finance and Compliance
