Job Role:
- Develops Total Rewards philosophy and supporting policies and practices.
- Spearheading strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, Administration area.
- Partners with leadership to leverage compensation and benefits programs to meet organizational objectives.
- Total Rewards programs including health, welfare, wellness, retirement, base pay, incentives, and other rewards and perquisites.
- Analyzes the market competitiveness and cost effectiveness of our compensation and benefit plans to ensure they optimize Client ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop, implement, and administer innovative total rewards strategies that help us offer cost effective and competitive compensation and benefits for our employees.
- Support HR Business Partners by conducting job evaluations and developing compensation offers to candidates.
