- The person will be responsible to lead the development and delivery of resourcing strategies and solutions that support departmental and organizational objectives. - Working with Vertical Heads and HR Business Partners to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organizational needs - Must have experience in Resourcing/Staffing, understanding of fulfilment cycle and detailed traceability - Must have experience with Bench Management, Technology mapping & demand - supply skill match availability. - Provide daily, weekly & monthly updates on demand progress against Fulfillment Plan to required stakeholders - Provide productive inputs in discussions with Business units and recruitment teams - Should have experience in resource rotation and effective pool cost management - Managing individuals or teams through line management and/or matrix management arrangements as required, ensuring under performance is managed and adequate resourcing is planned to meet objectives - Must have strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge and negotiate with Senior Management - Ability to provide effective line management and / or project team management to achieve objectives - Able to use evidence and judgement to solve problems, test options and create new approaches - Able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives - Ability to partner with the program leaders on leadership capabilities, identifying, developing and placing the right talent in the right roles to drives business performance and results.
