- Responsible for preparing & implementing of various human resource development plans for talent development, talent management, staffing, establishment& policies, performance management for staff & workmen, OD initiatives, welfare & engagement of plant personnel for ensuring to provide skilled workforce with required work culture along with adherence to the system

- To propose and initiate relevant training programmes for employees in coherence with individual and organization requirements for culture building and develop competencies on equipment, processes product and services for improved productivity and work culture in the plant

- Administering executive and non executive establishment matters for effective execution of HR processes
