Location - Gurgaon
- Responsible for Talent Management, Learning & Development, Assessment Methodologies and OD initiatives, and working on strategic programs like Hi-Potential initiatives, Succession Planning, Leadership Development etc.
- Led strategic talent programs high-potential development interventions, executive coaching, competency frameworks, assessment methodologies, culture and change management, employee engagement and other leadership and functional development initiatives.
- Responsible for leading various Talent Management processes and activities.
- Planning and implementation Performance management cycle
- Facilitate process of Designing and implementation of Organizational Structure changes through various processes like Succession Planning and Job Rotations.
- Facilitating in various Organization Development initiatives like Succession Planning for all locations in liaison with the top management.
- Designing and evaluating Career Progression plan for various high potential performers
