Talent Acquisition Practice | BPO /ITes

- Has to mandatorily have hands on US recruitment experience

- Extensive consulting role with a multi matrix client structure at higher levels

- Should be comfortable with management c suite conversations ad have this experience from a US standpoint

- Carving out recruitment strategies for high level clients and working on a global US context

- Should know concepts such as accommodation and other such US recruitment terminologies

- Strategy side of recruitment, crafted an EVP, create employment branding strategies, workforce planning and gap analysis knowledge

- Should be comfortable with doing the TA delivery work on the ground, TA practice experience is needed as well

- Work across different workforce types, across industry recruitment work
