Position Overview:
- This position leads the talent acquisition initiatives for Recruitment. This position would have authority and accountability end to end for everything related to Talent Acquisition for lateral & leadership positions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure that the company is attracting and selecting the highest caliber candidates available in the market for all lateral positions.
- Review Hiring projection for new hires & backfills for lateral positions
- Calibrate and finalize Hiring Panel
- Establish selection criteria for various level/functional hiring
- Ensure on-time/just in time hiring
- Stay within the hiring budgets
- Create avenues for increasing sourcing pool
- Should have strong process exposure and should be exposed to atleast one psychometric testing/interviewing practice
- Build and Manage Vendors who are results oriented
- Conduct and ensure markets are mapped in terms of people, compensations and skills at regular intervals
- Create metrics for hiring at various levels for the team and self and ensure a proper governance structure is in place to track performance regularly
- Leading the Recruitment team to ensure that a consistent, high quality and professional service is provided at advisory and administrative level
