Senior Role - Supply Chain Transformation - Manufacturing

- Experience in techno-functional domain. Build and execute a transformation in Supply Chain operations.

- Build a transformation road-map for the SCM function across the organization.

- Lead the implementation of the transformation road map after building it.

- Identifying key improvement areas across People, Process, Technology & Operating Model.

- Collaborate with Heads of different department to drive change management in processes.

- Responsible for choosing, designing and building the necessary Processes and IT systems for SCM through evaluation/identification of various solutions.

- The incumbent should be able to understand Supply Chain Planning and Execution processes.

- Should be strong at understanding business process and IT consulting

- Experience in Design and End to End Implementation of SCM IT Solution is a must.

- Candidates from Consulting and Manufacturing will be preferred.

- Candidates should come with understanding of Demand Planning & Forecasting, Supply network planning, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, Logistics and Transport Management.

- Should have experience in setting up control and monitoring mechanism through Information systems.

- Candidates with engineering background and MBA in operations field preferred.
