Solution Engineer - Infra Services

- Lead solution design and pre-sales for large (Global, Multi-tower) outsourcing deals.

- Ability to bring together all elements of solution including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes, commercials and pricing for both Partnerships and direct BPO/SI clients.

- Responsible for crafting bid responses in RFPs, prepare bid defense orals decks, engage prospective customer / partner leadership, lead workshops and presentations.

- Lead consulting opportunities Operating model design, transformation.

- Responsible for end-to-end bid lifecycle from RFI / POCs through RFP phase of deal cycle.

- Ability to bring together all elements of solution including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes, commercials and pricing for both Partnerships and direct clients.

- Responsible for crafting bid responses in RFPs, prepare bid defense orals decks, engage prospective customer / partner leadership, lead workshops and presentations.

- Lead solution dialog with both partner models and direct customers that are leveraging pure Captive Shared Service models or hybrid approach.

- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineering teams to lead bid process and overall solution development.

- Develop industry leading growth models for BPO/SI sector, industry research and ongoing improvements .

IDEAL BACKGROUND :

- Solution design expertise with top tier BPO,IT or Product firms for driving technology solutioning for multi-tower large deals, experience creating/responding to RFI/RFP / Orals proposals.

- Looking for 10 plus years experience in solution design in Infra services, Cloud, network management, End user computing, Data center, 3rd party integration

- Multi-geo service delivery experience across both horizontal and vertical business processes

- Industry insight - benchmarks, trends and knowledge of where the industry is heading
