Senior Role - Social Media & Content Marketing - OTT Platform (7-15 yrs)
- Experience in handling hands-on social media and content marketing is a must.
- Domain expertise of all social media platforms from both planning and buying perspectives.
- Deep knowledge and experience with multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing
- Communication Development: Working closely with agency partners to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights to build organic buzz.
- Develop the go-to-market social media and content plan to deliver the agreed business goals.
- Responsible for driving Innovation, Engagement across all social media platforms.
- Closely working with central social media teams to drive maximum leverage of network strength.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement and retention by optimally investing across platforms.
- Monitor performance of each platform; identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages.
- Optimize results for campaigns by working with creative team on A/B testing content.
- Knowledge of Analytics and Planning tools.
- Proven ability to think strategically, with a balanced analytical and creative approach, and the ability to teach others to think strategically.
- Directing the social media & content strategies and execution based on priorities that align with the business goals.
- You will manage a team of social media & content marketing managers and work closely with movie, web series and show marketing teams to increase the content demand through social Marketing campaigns.
