Senior Role - Site Management - Construction Projects

- Should have experience in site management/ project management of construction of material handling plants/ turnkey projects.

- Maintaining a close coordination with the customer on day to day basis related to all project activities

- Interacting with consultants / vendors for the engineering of the System for effective execution of the projects

- Devising plans for the capital, revenue & equipment to ensure seamless operations & effective allocation of resources

- Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to Project close-out ensuring quality, schedule and profitability (EPCM, commissioning, startup, and operations as appropriate to the project scope)

- Planning of Material & manpower for Project execution/Monitoring

- Handling Safety aspects like SOPs, JHAs, SOTs, Conducting internal audits & Meeting's etc.

- Expertise in overseeing project activities with accountability of technical specifications, stage inspections, progress monitoring, site management and manpower planning

- Significant exposure in all erection and commissioning activities thereby ensuring completion of projects within the time and cost frames and effective resource allocation in order to maximize outputs.

- Should have experience of Wagon Tippler, VGF, s Ring granulator Crusher, Stacker Reclaimer, Emergency reclaiming hopper, conveyor, car dumper, Ash handling plant, coal handling plant, etc.

- Candidate should have international exposure.

- Person should be willing to work on contract of 2-3 years which is extendable depending on the project.

- Person should be ready to sign exit clause.

- Company will provide bachelor accommodation. Candidate will be eligible for 30 days vacation once in a year & will be given to & fro flight ticket from the company.

Candidate should have 15 - 25 Years of experience having degree in Mechanical Engineering
