Urgent opening for Sales /Marketing /Business Development.   We have an urgent requirement for Regional Sales and Marketing /BD with 7 + years of experience with the client company in Master batch industry at Mumbai and Plant at Vadodara manufacturing Black, White Colour and Additive Master batches.   Position : Senior Sales / Domestic Marketing /Business Development   Location : Mumbai or Vadodara   Zone Handle : West Zone   Salary : Up to 15L  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Manage overall Marketing and Sales / Business Development activities   - Sales plan preparation, budgeting and forecasting distribution and logistics management.   - New grade and business development as per market demand and grade establishment in the market.   - Utilising Public Information and Personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.   - Developing a relationship with key decision makers in target organisation for Business Development.   - Expertise in managing business operations with key focus on top line and bottom-line profitability by ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.  - A keen planner the strategist and implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth.   - Useful knowledge of all aspects of an organisation from purchase to dispatch via production.   - An effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, training, problem-solving & organizational abilities.  - interfacing with clients to understand their requirement and devising the viable solution.   - Monitoring sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets.  - Estimating the sales potential in a territory on a market-wise /dealer - wise/competitor - wise and preparing the sales plan on an annual basis.   - Providing directions, motivations and training to a team; ensuring optimum performance.  Education qualifications:  - B.
