Senior Role - Sales - Data Centre Solution (10-18 yrs)
Roles and Resposibility:
- Experience in selling Data Centre Solution for Mid-Market/ Large Enterprises in South India/Indian Market.
- Good Understanding of Data Centre Technologies such as Server platforms (Blade servers, high density servers), Storage and Network devices.
- Ability to win deals over 3-4 crores
- High-level of understanding of emerging technology solutions such as Hyper conveyed Infrastructure Cloud Computing.
- Able to sell solutions to c-level audience (CXO,CTO,CIO)
- Able to penetrate untapped market segment for Niche/Neo Technology Solution.
- Identify opportunity, forge excellent relationship with the Enterprise IT Operations and Business Stake holders
- Strong knowledge of selling to Enterprise Customers such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality domain etc.
- Should be able to cross sell and up sell solutions
- Be a go getter, identify new logo, Achieve Quarterly/Annual targets, focus on Revenue.
- Drive opportunity from Identification to negotiation, Order closure through continuous engagement during the entire sales cycle
- Adhere to terms and conditions, and drive revenue/payment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to work and close/win complex deals.
- Existing relationship with vendor such as HP, Dell, EMC, Microsoft etc.
- Deep understanding of market territory and key contact in the Enterprise segment/market place.
- Manage the performance of the sales team reporting to him by setting sales targets, guiding the sales process, intervening to ensure success and ensure financial numbers.
