Senior Role - Risk - Hindsighting - Retail Products - BFS

- Design and implement Hindsight framework for all Retail Products

- Expertise & Skill Requirement Understanding of Retail Products/Policies & its process.

- Building Sampling Logic to extract samples for Hind sighting

- Identifying the risks & controls of the business.

- Preparing Data Quality Report which highlights the quality of critical data points captured in system basis the physical files (Hindsight reports / dashboards / scores)

-  Evaluating and assessing compliance to regulators such as RBI and adherence to the internal policies laid down by the Bank

- Collaborate with Risk, Operation & Policy team for any change in the process/policy.

- Detailed domain and process acumen on retail assets products.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Skilled to manage collaboration across stakeholders and facilitate timely deliveries
