About Our Client - Our client is one of the leading MNC banks in India

Job Description :

- Managing the balance sheet control function & financial regulatory reporting for India Cluster

- Manage conduct of the Account Review Forum and interaction with business and operations team across the franchise

- Act as a trusted partner with Balance Sheet Substantiation team & be in charge of the Balance Sheet reconciliation

- Ensure balance sheet controls issues are tracked closely & mitigate risks associated with the balance sheet

- Lead account review committees & ensure regulatory compliance in assigned region

- Manage Internal as well as external audits & be the point of contact for the regulator for financial reporting

The Successful Applicant -

- Should be a CA/CPA with at least 12 years of experience in financial & regulatory reporting

- Should be well-versed with US GAAP/IFRS & preferably have experience in balance sheet conciliation with international banks or Big 4 organisations managing international FS clients

- Should be hands on with accounting principles, financial reporting & regulatory compliance in banking

- Should have the ability to deliver insightful analysis in stringent timelines for multiple investment domains

- Should have the ability to provide detailed analysis and information on complex queries/problems/risks and communicate to stakeholders on proposed solutions and recommendations
