Job Summary:

The role is part of the India Campus Recruitment team and will be to lead the Engineering School Campus Engagement.

- Incumbent will play a central role in implementing creative strategies to improve digital and campus engagement, including building and maintaining relationships with colleges, marketing the firm to selected colleges, managing and expanding social media efforts, initiating new opportunities for student development, faculty development, course curriculum design support, engagement with offer accept candidates including driving success of Internship program.

- Engagement lead will anchor, collaborate, support and coordinate with campus delivery, marketing team, business leaders, alumni teams and other internal groups to ensure successful implementation of programs to maximize hiring outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drive campus engagement and build relationships with select E schools across India to establish Accenture as an employer of choice with increased leadership participation on top campuses

- Build ongoing relationships with a wide range of core and non-core universities across a diverse stakeholder audience including TPO- s- Professors, student groups, students and internal college teams.

- Work with different stakeholders including business MD's to design and implement a plan of engagement and branding which includes TPO Connect; Faculty development; student development and learning interventions; guest lectures; course curriculum design support; pre-onboarding learning etc.

- Collaborate with the recruitment marketing team on branding, external communication initiatives and social media engagement optimization

- Develop a strong external network to keep Accenture on top of the list for the key campus placement administrators and academicians.

- Provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touch points. Review effectiveness and brand compliance of candidate touch points like Candidate communication from tools; Social media properties, Pre-Placement Webcast, Offer Accept Webcast, learning symposiums, job posting templates.

- Monitor and track Campus Engagement budget and drive ROI of all engagement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

Ideal candidate will have:

- 10 to 12 year of experience in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Social Media and Digital communication

- Very good understanding of the company's position in the marketplace

- Strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools

- Strong ability to identify, forge and maintain key relationships with Universities/ Colleges across India

- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in information technology and their applications to communication strategies
