Senior Role - Recruitment - BPO/ITeS (12-18 yrs)
- It entails providing direction for the day to day management of recruitment for the company for Chennai location ( largest site of the company for APAC) and lead the development, implementation and servicing of all aspects of the talent acquisition process and strategy.
- This role will collaborate and build exceptional business relationships with Operations leaders, hiring managers, other HR CoEs and external sources and drive efficient and effective full life cycle recruiting strategies.
- This is a highly visible position, which interacts with all levels of the organization across multiple functions by providing subject matter expertise on all staffing and recruitment efforts to ensure the organization remains a competitive employer and attracts best talent by providing expertise on all staffing and recruitment efforts to ensure the organization remains a competitive employer and attracts best talent.
- Lead all recruiting efforts to support multiple businesses to proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, networking and recruiting agencies etc.
- Encourage innovation, enhancements and efficiencies in current and new recruiting processes and systems
- Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, recruitment trends, and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to fulfill business needs
- Develop and implement methodologies for recruitment dashboards and supporting analytically-driven practices to optimize performance
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and practices are executed
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in managing high volume as well as niche hiring in a Global IT / BPO MNC - 12+ years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of the complexities involved in recruiting specific talent
