The Products Position is an important role. This senior position will be responsible for new product development and innovative partnerships with third party providers. The position will also be responsible for monitoring the health care eco-system in India & overseas and inform the top team about emerging opportunities and threats. Together with the VP & the top team, this position will drive the creation of a new Product for the company, and various product propositions for our Cooperate & Distributions Partners. New product development will involve innovative partnerships with health care providers, pharmacy, diagnostic facilities, technology platforms, fitness providers etc, and the creative use of technology. The position will need to work closely with the technology, marketing, operations, finance, & business development. The existing team responsible for health care partner tie-ups will report into this position Key Responsibilities : - Guide new product development from brain storming to external launch - Evaluate and conclude partnerships with innovative players in the healthcare and fitness ecosystem - Understand and cater to the need of different channels; Retail, Distribution partnerships and Corporates. Develop new capabilities to help different customer segments along their healthcare journey. - Develop a strong employer - employee health & wellness proposition that can be sold to large corporates. - Track competition and understand the Health care market - Contribute to the delivery of a world-class, integrated digital consumer experience - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, IT architecture and UX teams Experience : - Proven experience building consumer facing products at scale - Digital healthcare experience highly desired - Passion for health and wellness and the Client Primary Care mission is a must - 10 to 15 years of management experience, particularly in product management and product development Critical Skills/Competencies : - Start-up mentality and desire to innovate at a fast pace - Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions - Seen as credible source of health care & technology ideas - Ability to maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Ability to deliver convincing business case recommendations - Collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams Education : The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is an MBA from a premier institute.
