Responsibilities: - Leading the product team, delivering on product vision, goal, strategy and roadmap of new products, internal applications, pricing &amp; major initiatives like ERP, CRM, Omni-channel experience. - Managing full product life cycle - from ideation, design to launch, stakeholder management, PRD, backlog management, planning, resourcing, risk mitigation, communication, driving sprint cycles and delivery. - Leading end to end product design for web-based platform. - Understanding competitive landscape from standpoint of strategy and functional capabilities. - Creating a platform that should be absolutely delectable. - Dealing with ambiguity during multiple product implementations, with continuous revised targets.
