Senior Role - Process Excellence - Black Belt + RPA/AI/ML- prefer female candidate


- Currently looking to hire Process Excellence/ Business excellence professionals with good experience into Six Sigma + Any of the emerging tech like RPA/ AI/ ML.

- Looking for Black belt certified for the role.

The person would ensure stable operations by implementing Business excellence practices end to end. Using Lean Six sigma transformation. Will come up with disruptive and end to end solutions combining with RPA / AI/ ML.

- Will lead / mentor high impact projects in Lean, Six Sigma, Analytics, Robotics automation

- Will successfully deploy RPA solutions using Robotics tool

- Proficient in statistical analysis tool like Minitab, JMP, Process mapping tool such as Visio, Igrafx, Tableau.

- Ability to lead and support multiple projects simultaneously and balance priorities

- Effective communicator with change management and stakeholder management skills who can work collaboratively with other executives and team members to drive project execution

- Ability to build successful executive relationships and be seen as a trusted advisor

- Strong leadership, motivation, coaching, and people skills

- Sound problem solving and analytical skills leading to sound business decisions based on data and facts
