Senior Role - Phone Banking (6-18 yrs)
- Experience in handling inbound calls, query resolving.
- Ensuring that the team can ensure error-free resolution of queries
- Adherence to guidelines.
- Ensuring adherence to Service Level (SL) and abandon targets on inbound calls
- Reduction in number of audit irregularities & timely rectification
- Co-ordination and follow-up with stake-holders
- Also handling complaints against team
- Ensuring timely launch of new activities/processes as decided by business teams.
