Job Description:

- Lead efforts to identify and build relationships with new capital market partners.

- Analysis of different sectors, preparation of pitch presentations, negotiations and sourcing of mandates.

- Effectively manage all aspects of deal origination including documentation, due diligence, legal liaison and ensuring high standards of transaction management.

- Own relationships with debt issuers. Build executive sponsorship with partners including rating agencies and lawyers. Develop strategies to deepen relationship, enhance revenue opportunities and implement new products.

- Responsibility for all deal flow and maintenance of pipeline on all syndication deals and to represent company in various in-house and external forums.

- Drive the business within the companies directed strategy and to continue to drive the business forward striving for sustainable competitive advantage.

- Up-Tiering client relationships, with increased focus on client meetings.

- Contribute towards execution and distribution of all local currency syndicated of bonds and loans and maintain close liaison with the Sales team- Keep track of new issuances in the market- Update the team on Market developments including new issuance.

General knowledge, skills and abilities:

- Relationships with promoters/CFOs with Mid Corporate/Large Corporate Clients.

- Proven track record in customer relationship management.

- Financial acumen and ability to discuss financial solutions with clients, well networked with a keen understanding of Indian banking, financial services industry.

- Good negotiation and presentation skills.

- Business development and knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations.

- Proven ability to develop and nurture strategic alliances and partnerships and convert them into revenue generating opportunities.

- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Displays strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
