Senior Role - Operations - Solar Energy (20-25 yrs)
Position: Senior Position in Operations in Solar Energy Industry
Qualification : B.E. Electrical
Experience : 20+ Years
Job Location : Pune
Salary : As per industry norms.
Requisite skills and expertise:
- At least 5 complete project cycles in Solar PV Ground mounted projects as an EPC.
- At least 7 years of Solar PV experience as EPC.
- At least one single project of 100 MW or above as EPC Project Head / Operations head.
- At least 2 projects for Government clients (min. 20 MW SPV each project as EPC).
- At least 3 projects for Private clients (min. 10 MW SPV each project as EPC).
- At least 2 rooftop projects.
- Worked as head of Procurement / Supply Chain for at least 3 years during the course of career (any industry).
- Worked in Project Management / Procurement / Engineering for at least 3 years function during course of career (any industry).
- Projects executed experience pan India (at least 5 States).
- Experience in both Indian company & a multinational company.
- Currently working as at least head Operations (or equivalent) / Vice President / Business Head.
- Experience as P&L head (at least INR 150 Crs of annual Revenue).
- T&D experience.
- International exposure.
