Senior Role - Operations & Administration - Human Resources - BPO/ITeS (15-30 yrs)
Payroll operations and admin, US Payroll, UK Payroll in HR domain
- Job opening in BPO/ ITES for Global Payroll-COE/ Center of Excellence lead role in Bangalore
- Ctc can go upto 65-68 Lakhs fixed + upto 40% variable
Min exp : 18+ years
Shifts : 5pm to 2am
- End to End Payroll Ops and Admin Professional needed
- Skills ; End to End Global Payroll Operations exp in the Hire to Retire Model.
- Should Have 3rd party Client serving exp ; Predominant US and UK payroll exp is preferred
- Will report to MD
- Will help us to set up Payroll Center of Excellence (COE)
- Tools ; Workday is preferred and SAP or any other payroll tools.
- Shifts ; US Shifts (5pm - 2am)/Should be comfortable with Global shifts
- Reports to MD
