Senior Mutual Fund Operations
Experience :
- Proven work experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Operations
- Ability to understand Financial Softwares
Core Accountabilities :
- Candidate would be responsible for all back-office operations and would act as a support to the client servicing team.
1. Capturing Mutual Fund and other product data in the back-office software (Eg: Direct Equity, PMS, Bonds, Corporate Actions etc.)
2. Coordination with Registrars and Product Manufacturers for client queries
3. Reconciling and ensuring accuracy of data entered in the software
4. Tracking and documenting the status of daily transactions
5. Cross-checking details on application/transaction forms
6. Verification of client details on Account Statements
7. Providing Support to Client Servicing Officers for executing transactions
8. Calculation and Reconciliation of Fee Receivables from product issuers/manufacturers
