Senior Role - Middle Office Operations - Prime Brokerage (15-20 yrs)

Hyderabad Job Code: 691665

- Oversee delivery for the CMO Team across EMEA/US/APAC regions including change initiatives, enhanced client service and meet all existing and new regulatory requirements.


- Implement, transform and re-engineer policies, procedures and processes for improving service delivery for all Functions


- Keep abreast on requirements of Business in terms of overall Operational support, expectations from the stakeholders, analyze customer feedback at desired intervals & continued focus on Client delight


- Provide strong leadership to the Team managers and Team Leaders . This includes developing; monitoring & mentoring the individuals achieve their goals and the organizational objectives.


- Provide directions for training needs, motivate subordinates to perform consistently high standard and bring positive Team culture


- Work on improving the Manage cost to the business effectively by controlling all levers of cost to contribute towards revenue growth


- Manage attrition through skip level meetings, planning interventions, engagement calendars, career growth for the Team members

Desired Profile :

- Should have 15+ years of experience working in Operations with prior experience of managing the outsourcing operations in global or regional management roles


- Solid knowledge of the trade life cycle and a strong capital markets domain


- Experience - especially in Prime Brokerage (PB).


- Excellent People Manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get job done


- Must have client facing experience coupled with excellent communication skills, cross functional and interpersonal skills


- Ability to manage existing team and build up additional while creating a strong culture of collaboration, expertise and delivery for the business


- Pro-active and action-oriented; drives change, applies a solid methodical approach, is very results focused and has well-developed decision making capacity


- Ready to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
