Planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy including market trend capturing, product marketing, Branding, Digital, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.
- Track key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights.
- Study consumer, overall market, and competition trends and revamp the marketing strategy creatively on a regular basis to appeal to the target audience through new-age tools and mechanisms.
- Develop and implement the CRM strategy of the organization.
- Provide direction in the design, production, and distribution of all flyers/publications/promotional marketing material.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
- Collaborate and manage agencies and vendor partners.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- MBA in Marketing & Sales/ Business Administration/ Strategy Management from Premier B School
- Must have minimum 15 years of relevant work experience
