We are looking for a Senior Professional for Marketing and Communication for one of the leading banks at Mumbai.  Responsibilities:  - To strategize, develop & implement the external communication to promote the bank's vision & strategy. To position, create awareness & market the Bank brand. To lead the strategy on brand and its products and services.  - Actively build the bank brand through strategic alliances, targeted activities and events for lead generation and adding value for customers.  - Overall marketing experience including : content mgmt, digital, brand mgmt, advertising, content mgmt, customer insights, performance marketing, etc.  Skills :  - Strong leadership and participative skills to manage the team and also to be able to manage senior stakeholders in the bank.  - Understand banking and B2C business and nuances of each group within banking.  - At least 12 years executing marketing activities experience.  - Experience of delivering client communications material and/ or campaigns in the financial services industry  - Formal qualification such as MBA /Marketing diploma from a premier institute or compensating experience.
