Senior Role - Marketing - Centre of Excellence - Farm Solutions

Job Description:

Centre of Excellence will consist of a diverse team of subject matter experts including Entomologists, Plant Pathologists, Soil Science, & Agronomist. This team will be responsible for building best class content of agriculture and will serve as a think tank of our organization. This team is going to create a big impact in Agriculture and key stakeholders in achieving our mission Helping Farmers Win by leveraging their knowledge.

The key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the team of experts to build scientific and practical content for various crops including agronomic intervention, IPM, INM & ICM approaches.

- Prepare & revise state specific Package of Practices (POP) for existing & new states & standardize all agronomy related knowledge which can be used across multiple channels.

- Review and streamline existing content to bring consistency across the organization & maintain a central repository of each version.

- Ensure quality training for CSR & operation team, Interface with external Industry & review & improve the training content for greater impact.

- Help the marketing team in defining the USP of various private labelling and other products for greater sales & promotions.

- Influence and engage with key stakeholders to gather information and drive actions in a highly collaborative manner.

- Support App team for reviewing and preparing interesting content for greater engagements of farmers.

- Build Query management system (QMS) with IT team, Review & finalize canned responses for each crop to meet automation objectives.

- Regular interface with the operations team to understand current challenges and provide instant solutions.

- Help the IT team for preparation of various tools (CP,CN & Seed), Tool verification, Issue revamp, Product revamp, APP reply automation, new project.
