Senior Role - Management Consulting Projects - India & Middle East Region

Job Description : 

- We are reaching out to check your interest in an assignment i have with a newly started practice of my client which is a renowned global north American management consulting firm having multiple advisory practices. 

- They have recently started a Organization Design & Effectiveness practice which advises CEO's and Business leaders on Strategy with a particular focus on design of organization structures, M&A and post integration effectiveness as well as work force planning. In this growing practice they are catering to markets in Asia, Pacific, Europe and Middle East.

- My client is looking to hire competent professionals with strong experience in strategy consulting with exposure to and an interest in areas of building organization effectiveness. 

- In this fledgling practice they are looking to hire an experienced professionals who would supervise over a highly qualified team and would report to the practice head. The role would be responsible for converting prospective leads (there is a separate team for BD), client management and ensuring project delivery

- Candidate should have worked on Strategy Consulting projects in India & Middle East market along with some HR Projects would be the right fit.
